Solotica Coloured Contact Lens Frequently Asked Questions
1. HOW LONG DO SOLOTICA COLOURED CONTACTS LENSES LAST?
Solotica Coloured Cosmetic Contact lenses and Prescription Coloured Contact Lenses last up to 12 months with the correct care and maintenance.
2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We use Australia Post Signature on Delivery service for both our Standard and Express National Post.
Parcel Standard Post - Can take up to 9 business days depending on selected destinations.
Express Post - Can take up to 5 business days depending on selected destinations.
3. CAN I PICK UP FROM THE EYES OF SOLOTICA WAREHOUSE?
Our warehouse is not open to the public due to OH&S regulations. We cannot facilitate customer order pick up's under any circumstance.
4. WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?
We use a trackable service through Australia Post and your tracking number is emailed to you upon the fulfilment of your order. If you have not received your order in the expected timeframe, you will need to contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.
5. HOW DOES AFTERPAY & ZIPPAY WORK?
Afterpay and ZipPay are both external services Eyes of Solotica offers as a service to our customers. Both Afterpay and ZipPay require you to set up accounts online with them prior to shopping with us. You can visit their websites and undergo the process of setting up your account. Once the account has been set up, you may shop with us.
At checkout you can choose the Afterpay or ZipPay service and your purchase will be added to your existing account for you to pay the monthly instalments. For any payment enquiries, change of personal details or disputes through theses services, you will need to contact the service directly with your enquiry.
6. HOW DO I CLEAN SOLOTICA COLOURED CONTACT LENSES?
Solotica Contact Lenses require a soft lens or multipurpose lens solution to assist in the care and maintenance of the lenses. Solotica recommends that you do not use a lens solution containing Hydrogen Peroxide as that ingredient is too harsh for the contacts.
To clean the lenses, you may use cold water to rinse the lens very gently and moving forward for storage and when wearing the lenses, you will need to change the solution each time you use the lenses and rinse the lenses clean prior to storing them.
7. HOW DO I REMOVE MY LENSES FROM THE GLASS VIALS?
If you do not have lens removal tools, you may remove the lenses from the glass vials using a wet, clean cotton tip. DO NOT use tweezers to remove the contacts from the vials as you will tear the lenses and that is not covered in any way under warranty.

9. DOES EYES OF SOLOTICA SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We offer International Standard and Express Shipping through Australia Post. You will be emailed your tracking number once your order is fulfilled.
Customers who purchase internationally are responsible for paying any international tax tariffs and custom charges once the order lands to the destination country.
10. WHAT IF MY LENS IS STUCK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE GLASS VIAL?
If you receive your lenses and the lens appears to be stuck to the bottom of the glass vial, gently soak the unopened vial in lukewarm water or 5-6 mins -water must not be boiling water. This will loosen the lens so that it will float back within the solution for safe removal.
Do not try and use tweezers to pull the vial as the lenses are soft lenses and will tear. We do not replace torn lenses.
