Shipping & Delivery


Eyes Of Solotica provide standard Shipping Australia Wide for $5.00 and a $15.00 Standard Fee Worldwide. If you require Express Delivery we charge a flat fee of $19.99 within Australia and $29.99 worldwide.

Please note: Incorrect Address details or shipment to incorrect addresses provided are the responsibility of the customer and will incur additional costs if there are delivery discrepancies due to the incorrect address details given during ordering.

We take no responsibility for receiving incorrect address information from customers. Our fulfilment system takes the address details as given by you at the time of ordering. Please ensure all details given are accurate such as the name to attention the package to and the full address detail including number, suburb, state and postcode. One wrong detail can result in your package going missing or being delivered to a wrong address in another state or locally.


  • All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
  • Shipping times are based on the day of despatch, not the purchase date.
  • If you place an order during the weekends, it will be dispatched on Monday.

Shipping within Australia can take from 3-8 business days depending on your location and not including weekends.

*we are located in Melbourne. International shipping can take from 2-4 weeks, depending on your location and your country's custom laws.


Eyes Of Solotica cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. Eyes Of Solotica cannot tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country. 

If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to Eyes Of Solotica. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost you paid for shipping as this aspect of your order was fulfilled.


Every parcel sent with Australia Post eParcel is given a tracking number. This will be sent to you in an email to let you know your parcel is on it's way. (if you do not receive an email from us, please check your Junk Folder)


If your parcel does not arrive in the times listed above, you can contact us HERE

We will then proceed to lodge a trace with Australia Post to try and locate the package. We will keep you informed through out this process.

If this does happen, we ask that you please be patient. Once the package is picked up by Australia Post, it is out of our control what happens, however we will do everything we can to find it for you.
